All software, websites, and digital products developed by Dannny0117 are licensed, not sold. Your license is valid only while your account is in good standing and all applicable fees are paid in full.
- Product keys are single-domain by default unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Licenses may be revoked without refund for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse.
- Attempting to bypass, remove, or tamper with the activation system constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate revocation.
3. Payment and Non-Payment
Failure to make agreed-upon payments may result in immediate deactivation of your software or website. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to restrict access to any product or service pending payment, and that this is a contractual enforcement mechanism, not a technical error.
4. Prohibited Use
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to remove licensing code from our products.
- Redistributing or reselling product keys without written authorization.
- Using our activation infrastructure for malicious purposes.
- Attempting to exploit, scan, or attack our servers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dannny0117 / CanadaWebDeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
