End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Dannny0117 / CanadaWebDeveloper ("Licensor") for software products, websites, and digital services ("Product") developed by the Licensor.

By installing, activating, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and receipt of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product solely on the authorized domain or device specified in your license agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the Product.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Product.
You may not remove or alter any licensing, copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
You may not use the Product on a domain or device not covered by your license without written authorization.
You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass the activation or licensing system.

3. Remote Deactivation

You acknowledge and agree that the Licensor may remotely deactivate or restrict your access to the Product in the event of:

Non-payment of fees as agreed upon;
Violation of this Agreement;
Expiry of the license term;
Fraudulent or unauthorized use.

This remote deactivation mechanism is an integral part of the Product and cannot be removed or disabled. You accept this as a condition of use.

4. Ownership

The Product is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title in and to the Product, including all copies thereof.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
